How do I place orders?
You can place your order via email. Write to rybag@rybags.com. Indicate which bags you want, with product name, type, quantities, preferably with pictures. Or you can buy the product directly on our website.
Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you an invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment .We will send your package once we get the money.
How to pay?
We accept western union, moneygram, paypal, and bank wire transfer (bank of china). Usually, we prefer to western union, it is very fast (within 10 minis). When your amount is large, you can choose bank wire transfer, it will cost less than the other ways.
How to pay via western union?
1.Transfer at a western union agent location, you can visit: www.westernunion.com to find which one is the nearest and fill in a form then send email to us about payment info: MTCN, sender name (First name, Last Name), total amount (USD) you want to transfer and billing address/ sender country,phone.
2. Pay online For the time being, online transfer supported by Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States. The steps are:
(1) Access the western Union's home Site: www.westernunion.com Choose your country.
(2) Sign in your Western Union account or create a new account to new users.
(3) Click "send money" then fill in the Money Transfer form, click "continue".
(4) Fill in the form with your information (billing address, name, phone number, and your card number).

Which currency the prices are in at our website?
The currencies are in US dollars. And you needn’t take USD, just take you local currency ,then tell the accountant of the bank how much you will pay by USD, the banker will tell you how much by you local currency.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship the bags within 1-2 days after we confirm your order, unless otherwise noted. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on Saturday & Sunday,) will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. On rare occasions we may have an unexpected delay on an order.
How can I know my order status?
Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.
What shipping method do you use?
We usually send your bags via air-express EMS. We can delivery the packages much safely, perfectly and fast.
Do you sell retail or wholesale?
Yes. We sell single bag and purse as well as bulk purchases. Sample orders acceptable, no option of color.
Do you do dropshipping?
Yes. We do dropshipping. We can send the products to your customers, but you must pay the shipping fee.
Do you have custom other designers handbags or purses?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.
Do you charge impost?
We don’t charge impost. We don’t carry duty on any damages or loss during shipping.
